EVRAZ strives to strengthen partnership with its contractors to create an open, predictable and transparent business environment. This is conditional on active involvement of contractors and their commitment to open dialog and sharing of opinion. In reaching its contractors with an offer for cooperation EVRAZ has established a number of networking formats and platforms, including the Procurement Conflict Committee.
The purpose of the Conflict Committee is to settle disputes and consider appeals from EVRAZ’s vendors and contractors relating to pre-qualification and/or contractor selection process.
Any Contractor, irrespective of EVRAZ Group entity such Contractor is dealing with, may turn to the Conflict Committee by filing a respective form. A scanned copy of the filed form accompanied with the documented evidence should be delivered to the common e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Any claims that do not comply with the established format, anonymous or unsigned claims, will not be processed by the Conflict Committee and will be considered under the general terms of EVRAZ Whistleblowing line (email@example.com).
The scope of the Conflict Committee does not cover definition of the terms and conditions of deals to be concluded or consideration of any disputes related to execution of contracts.
No discrimination of Contractors applying to the Conflict Committee is allowed. Application to Conflict Committee will not form grounds for ban to participate in further procurement procedures, awarding contracts and/or entering into contracts.
If you have any doubt that the procurement procedure has been performed in accordance with all the rules, was logic and unbiased, please apply to conflict committee for independent review of the situation and objective resolution!
For any matter relating to the activity of Conflict Committees, please contact the Conflict Committee administrator of EvrazHolding (Moscow) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
